Terms of Use

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. Who operates MADO

MADO is the brand of Madhoun Digital Infrastructure LLC, a legally registered U.S. company since 2026, represented and managed by Mohamed Almadhoon.

Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent to mado@madoinfra.com.

2. Scope of the service

MADO provides software and technical tools for defining risk policies, evaluating proposed activity against user-defined limits, and recording decisions and events for review. Available features may vary by plan and product stage.

MADO is not a broker, asset manager, or investment adviser. We do not hold customer trading funds, select trades on a customer's behalf, promise investment returns, or guarantee passage of funded-account programs.

U.S. company formation registers a business entity; it is not a license to provide brokerage, customer-fund management or investment advice, and does not imply regulatory approval or endorsement. Our service scope is risk-management and decision-governance software. We do not claim a financial license or regulatory exemption merely through incorporation; requirements applicable to the activity and market still need to be observed.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the service where you live. Paid products are intended for users aged 18 or older unless applicable law requires a higher age.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Use of trading and risk tools

The service is a software risk and governance layer. It does not replace your professional judgment or responsibility for trading decisions. Financial markets involve substantial risk and can result in partial or total loss of capital.

  • No simulation, historical test, metric, or result guarantees future performance.
  • Features that rely on brokers, trading platforms, connectivity, or other external services may be affected by outages, latency, or third-party changes.
  • You must not use MADO to evade broker, platform, prop-firm, contractual, regulatory, or legal requirements.

5. Pricing, billing, and subscriptions

The price, currency, billing interval, and included deliverables are shown before purchase. Recurring charges are only used where the checkout clearly identifies the recurring nature of the plan and the buyer consents to it.

Where Paddle or another payment provider acts as Merchant of Record, that provider may handle collection, taxes, receipts, and payment processing under its buyer terms. MADO does not receive full card numbers or CVV data from provider-hosted payment flows.

You may cancel future renewal using the available account or support route. Access normally continues through the paid term unless applicable law or the circumstances require otherwise.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our published Refund Policy, mandatory statutory rights, and any applicable payment-provider buyer terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and must not harm users, systems, or third parties.

  • Do not bypass security controls or access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law or an express written agreement permits it.

8. Intellectual property

MADO software, designs, marks, and proprietary content remain protected by the rights of their owners. A paid subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the product or source code.

9. Third-party services

The service may integrate with trading platforms, brokers, cloud services, authentication providers, or payment services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we do not control their availability, decisions, or technical changes.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified or discontinued for security, regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will seek to provide appropriate notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADO and its operator are not responsible for trading losses, investment decisions, third-party service failures, or use outside the service's stated scope. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable rights relating to billing and access to data.

13. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the relationship and transaction. Mandatory consumer rights, legal requirements, and binding payment-provider rules remain effective and are not overridden by these Terms.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes where required. Contact: mado@madoinfra.com.

Publishing the new entity's details does not by itself retroactively transfer earlier contracts, rights or obligations. Any necessary transition arrangements are handled through an appropriate agreement or notice in accordance with applicable law, without changing historical consent records.
