Refund Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
1. What this policy covers
MADO is the brand of Madhoun Digital Infrastructure LLC, a legally registered U.S. company since 2026, represented and managed by Mohamed Almadhoon.
This Policy applies to paid products and services sold under the MADO brand unless a separate written order or agreement states different terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights. The company's address and entity details are set out in the Terms of Use.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewal at any time using the cancellation route available in your account, the payment provider's buyer portal, or by contacting mado@madoinfra.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund a paid period that has already been purchased.
Access normally remains available through the end of the paid term unless applicable law, a security or fraud issue, or a separate agreement requires otherwise.
3. When a refund may be issued
We review refund requests fairly and in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider rules. A full or partial refund may be issued where legally required or reasonably appropriate.
- A duplicate charge for the same order or a verified billing error.
- An unauthorized payment after appropriate verification.
- A material and persistent inability to access the core paid functionality because of a MADO-side failure that we cannot remedy within a reasonable period.
- A situation where mandatory consumer law or binding buyer terms provide a refund or withdrawal right.
- Other exceptional cases we approve after reviewing the facts and usage.
4. Situations that are not normally refundable
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, fees are not automatically refundable because the service was unused, because you changed your mind after a paid term was delivered, or because of trading outcomes or market losses. MADO does not guarantee profit or a particular trading result, so a trading loss is not by itself a failure to deliver the software.
5. How to request a refund
Email mado@madoinfra.com with the email used for purchase, the order or transaction identifier, and the reason for the request. We recommend submitting requests within 14 days of the charge for prompt review; this recommendation does not reduce any longer statutory right that applies to you.
If Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction, you may also use Paddle's buyer-support channels. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route and remain subject to the payment provider's processing limits and timelines.
6. Desk, enterprise, or custom plans
Desk, enterprise, or custom-scope services may be governed by an order form or written agreement with specific cancellation and refund terms. Where they conflict, the written terms for that order apply to the extent permitted by law.
7. Mandatory rights
This Policy does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law or binding payment-provider terms give you stronger protection, that protection continues to apply.
