Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. Who is responsible for the data

MADO is the brand of Madhoun Digital Infrastructure LLC, a legally registered U.S. company since 2026, represented and managed by Mohamed Almadhoon.

Madhoun Digital Infrastructure LLC is responsible for processing personal data for the service. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@madoinfra.com. The company overview is set out in the Terms of Use.

2. Data we may collect

We collect only the data reasonably needed to operate the service, provide support, protect systems, and meet legal and commercial obligations.

  • Identity and contact data, such as your name, email address, and account information you provide.
  • Product-use data, such as settings, system events, risk-policy decisions, audit records, and support requests where these are part of the functionality you choose to use.
  • Technical and security data, such as IP address, device or browser information, login timestamps, technical identifiers, and error or security logs.
  • Transaction and billing metadata shared with us by a payment provider, such as payment status, plan, and transaction identifiers. We do not intentionally receive or store full card numbers or CVV data when payment is handled through a provider-hosted checkout.
  • Form and communication data, including messages, consent records, and requests you send through the site or by email.

3. Why we use data

We use personal data only for purposes connected to the service and our relationship with users.

  • Create and operate accounts and provide requested features.
  • Apply risk policies and maintain a reviewable record where the product provides those functions.
  • Process orders and subscriptions, provide customer support, and manage payment and refund status.
  • Prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience using appropriate operational data.
  • Comply with law, lawful requests, and applicable requirements from payment or service providers.
  • Send legitimate operational or marketing communications; marketing messages can be unsubscribed from at any time.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location and the processing involved, we may rely on performance of a contract, your consent, legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention and improvement, or a legal obligation. Where applicable law gives you a right to object or withdraw consent, we will honor that right.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, support, payment, and security providers where needed to operate the service.

Where Paddle or another provider processes a purchase as Merchant of Record or payment provider, it processes payment information under its own privacy notice and buyer terms. We may receive the transaction information needed to activate and support your service.

We may disclose data where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal rights.

6. Trading and integration data

If you choose to connect MADO to a supported trading platform, broker, or trading account, we process only the information needed for the functionality you enable, subject to the available permissions and settings. A connection does not make MADO the owner of funds or discretionary manager of the account, and we do not use trading data to sell personalized trading signals.

7. Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, meet contractual and payment obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Certain audit, transaction, or security records may need to be kept longer where there is a legitimate legal or security need.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, which may include access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, security logging, and separation of roles and data. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies that are necessary for the site and account to function. Non-essential analytics or tracking technologies are not activated before consent where applicable law requires consent. See the Cookie Policy for details and available controls.

10. International transfers

Service providers may operate in countries different from yours. Where law requires specific safeguards for cross-border transfers, we use appropriate available mechanisms based on the service and provider involved.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy of your data, or withdraw earlier consent.

Send requests to privacy@madoinfra.com. We may request reasonable information to verify identity before acting on a personal-data request, and we may retain specific records where law, fraud prevention, or transaction-record obligations require it.

12. Children

Paid services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data in violation of law. If we learn that unlawful collection occurred, we will take appropriate steps to delete the data.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes where required.
