Compliance
We sell technology. We do not manage your money.
The distinction is not a wording preference, it is a legal boundary: managing money on someone's behalf is a licensed activity, and selling software that a professional runs themselves is not. We are the second.
What we do
We build the execution layer and the risk gates it runs inside. The limit is written in your system, enforced on your order, and its refusal recorded. You run it, and you decide.
What we do not do
We do not execute trades on anyone's behalf. We hold no client funds and no client assets. We give no buy or sell recommendation, no entry signals and no personal investment advice. We promise no return and present no performance as expected.
Disclosures appear where the decision is
The risk disclosure and the no-advice statement sit in every section that shows a figure or a method, not buried in a terms page. Consent is recorded against its version and date, and changing the text means asking again — consent to one revision does not carry to the next.
Jurisdiction and entity
The contracting entity, the jurisdiction and the regulations that apply are set out in the agreement and provided on request before any engagement. We do not print a name or a jurisdiction here that is not part of a signed agreement.
Trading and investing involve risk and may result in partial or total capital loss. Historical examples or simulations do not guarantee future outcomes.
This section does not provide personal financial advice. Information is general and methodological, and requires the user's own judgement and independent review.
